Applications

MPA has a wide range of applications, from management consulting to career guidance, and over 30,000 individuals, primarily those involved in senior management, have made use of MPA-Profiles over the last 50 years.

MPA functions as:
  • A tool for individual and team analysis (in a private or business context)
  • A framework for people management and team leadership (understanding how people function differently and are motivated by different factors)
  • A guideline for planning and development, including:
    • Optimised talent recruitment and (re)definition of roles
    • Personal development and talent retention
    • Leadership development/coaching
    • Team development and optimising of group interaction
    • Planning structures for meetings and work strategies, that make optimal use of human resources by motivating people
    • Succession planning

Making an MPA Profile

During a relaxed 2-hour interview (comfortably seated), the MPA-consultant gathers information about the client's career or personal history, while making observations about the client's movement behavior (specifically recording integrated, neuromuscular patterns correlating to decision making processes).

The analysis is then calculated numerically in terms of the relative proportion of core motivations, resulting in a detailed, personal profile (of an individual’s unique decision making process).

Follow-up meetings for personal feedback ensure that the client fully understands the analysis and its implications, both in relation to the current situation and potential future development (as the core MPA-Profile does not change over time).

An MPA Profile is a life-long investment.
